SHIPPING POLICIES:
Your orders are normally shipped USPS or UPS the same day received. There are exception, like if you order too late in the day or there is some other unforseen reason we can not get it to the shipper in time, like a traffic backup, etc. Sometimes we just don’t have everything in stock, like special orders. There may be a delay because of a convention, workshop or a rare holiday here or there. We will make our best effort to ship as soon as possible or let you know the delay. This is just a shipping policy generalization. We won’t go into all the shipping details here. Refer to the item shipping charges for costs or call us if you have any questions.

RETURN POLICY:
Satisfaction is guaranteed! We do not want to sell you something you can not use. Simply return the item for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days. Shoes should only be worn to try on unless it is a manufacturing defect. Music and special order items excluded. Merchandise should be returned in the original carton with all the manuals & blank warrantee cards. We can not refund shipping costs. There may be an exchange shipping fee.
